Our professional and friendly receptionists will be able to assist you with a suitable appointment for your hearing test, whereby you will meet with the Audiologist to discuss all your hearing needs and a suitable management plan will be recommended accordingly. If you suspect that you have a hearing loss or are experiencing any hearing difficulties, it is important that you have your hearing tested. You will be seen by an audiologist who will discuss your concerns with you and perform the necessary hearing tests to evaluate your hearing. The hearing test includes a comprehensive case history, otoscopic examination, tympanometry, acoustic reflexes, pure tone audiometry and speech audiogram. Hearing tests are conducted in a soundproof audiometric booth with established equipment, to ensure accurate and reliable results.

All results will be discussed in detail with you and your family. Should you present with a hearing loss, your audiologist will explain whether hearing aids will be of benefit to you. Should you decide to go this route, your audiologist will work with you to determine which hearing aid will be the most suitable for your hearing loss and lifestyle
